Program Details

Orientate

A minimum 3-month commitment

We meet three times per month, with an integration week in between sessions so you can actually apply and process what comes up in real life. This is where change starts to land quickly, not just stay conceptual.

I'm very clear about this: three months is the minimum baseline for lasting change within this work. This isn't a quick clarity session — it's a process of real internal reorientation.

Over 3 months you receive:

  • 9 private 1:1 coaching sessions — 60 minutes each (that's over 9 hours of direct coaching!)

  • Lifetime access to session recordings

  • Personal support between sessions

  • Direct access Wednesday–Saturday via email and voice note

Between sessions, you can reach out when you're stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure — for reflection, accountability, or perspective. This is especially important if you don't currently have that kind of support system around you.

If you choose to continue after the initial 3 months, we adapt the structure based on your needs and direction. Many clients continue for 6 months to a year when deeper integration or longer-term change is needed.
